How many pounds can i lose? -

i have 2 weeks to lose some weight. I m wondering if i jog for 30 minutes a day, walk for 30 mins a day, do 100 squats and 200 leg lifts for each leg, how much weight could i lose?Also, can anybody give me some good weight loss tips on how to burn fat, and some exercises for it?thanks so much! =]
