In need of weight loss tips!? -

I m not obese or anything, just what I like to call skinny fat . I d like to lose 5 - 8 pounds. Any tips at all are appreciated. Thanks!

Do not eat less, just eat healthier. Depending on your body mass, and how much energy you use in a day, you need a certain amount of calories. if you stop feeding your body calories, you become tired, and it begins to shut down. you need 3 full meals a day, and two small snacks in between, ranging from 100-200 calories. the website in the box below helped me out a lot, it gives very good excercise, and healthy diet advice. you should read it ;)hope i helped, good luck ;)

I would like to recommend you my diet way that works very well. I find correct diet way and applied the way, then I lost weight easy. You should have the way that works. You can find the best way diet that worked for me and lost 10 pounds after 30 days. You can find more info here link below.

Try to eat food low in carbs, i ate turkey sandwiches on wheat bread, Jog (or run) a mile to a mile or two every day, try not to drink soda, and if u cant at least lots of water along with it. This helped me lose about 25 pounds last year :)

A healthy diet and working out is always preferable over losing a few pounds. What I would suggest is a healthy or healthier diet and a bit more activity. 5 pounds are easy to lose, doesn t even need anything drastic.

eat less at the evening ....that might be very helpful...because u sleep long hours, ur body uses a lot of energy. give yourself only 10 mins excercise in morning ! eat more vegetables and drink plenty of water.....buy medicines at CVS might keep u from hungryafter about 3 weeks or more....you will see the resultit make u look prettier and healthier than before....Guarantteeeee

5-8 pounds can be lost easily enough by substituting water for carbonated drinks, not eating fried foods or chips, and just moving around a little more.

Hi first of all star eating portions the size of your hand and no more.Drink lots of water and no sodaexcercise like twice a week. No junk food it will save your body and money

Keep busy. You won t have time to just snack because your bored. Go to the gym a few times a week too.
