Weight loss tips for breastfeeding momma...? -

I am currently 145 lbs and 5 6 ... I would like to lose 5-10 pounds in the next couple of weeks. I already eat healthy and get some exercise. I am nursing my 5 month old son, so I cannot cut to many calories. How do I lose weight quickly and safely??

Just keep on nursing that baby and you ll loose the weight. You can cut some calories even though your nursing and the baby will still get every thing it needs.
