There are several easy ways to lose and maintain weight. Remember dieting is not a long term solution to losing weight. You have to take some tough decisions regarding the food you eat, analyse your daily food intake, take some fresh fruit and vegetables, some physical exercises like walking, jogging. You dont have to spend on costly dieting supplements and other tricks.Sensible eating and the willpower will do the trick.

The key is in your diet - not exercises. When you eat correctly, not only will you be able to lose weight, but also you will keep the pounds off forever. Many people around the world are not that much of an exercise nut and yet they will never grow fat, They are known to eat high fat diets too. Of course, it s the good fat that they ingest, rather than the bad fat - the Trans Fat so to speak. So, as long as you eat correctly, you can easily manage your body weight according to how you like it. Easy...Find out about what foods make people fat - especially those foods that are supposed to be made for the sporty type of people - from the website below, and stay as far away from them as possible...and stay fit and healthy.

Without the exercise you ll have a much lower energy use per day and the weight loss will proceed slowly if at all.Still, a good guideline to keep your energy input below your output (hence you start burning up reserves) would be by keeping your sum daily foods (from a glass of milk in the morning to a beer at night, from breakfast to snacks to dinner) below 1.500 kCaloriesLike the previous poster said willpower is very important in this - for it to fully work you ll have to keep it up for months, maybe well over a year, depending on how much loss you re talking.
