I want REAL weight loss tips? -

Ok none of that exercise 3 times a weeks and eat healthy stuff, ok maybe it works for most people. My coworker told me she stopped eating fried food and in a month she lost alot of weight. Anyone got any weight loss tips?

No soda, No processed sugars (twinkies, candy, donuts), Hey I just got Wii Fit, and played for 15 minutes.. WOW its so fun and a work out. That is great to use. Also I got Tony Hortons 10 Minute Trainer. And I am woking on using that every day, as well as Wii Fit. I don t eat very healthy but its hard, when my dad won t buy healthy food... If we say we are on a diet, he does not buy ANY food... How is that a diet.. also, drink lots of water, and ice tea, or crystal light is better than soda. No calories practically and no suars. Exercise actively, you HAVE to!!and eat healthy, that is a must!!!but here are some tips:STOP eating: chips, chocolate, bread, fried food, fast foodand STOP drinking: soda, bear, and high sugar juices..not eating fried food helped your coworker, but it might not necessarily help you..or can always go to those pills and teas..

Yes, it s good to let go of fried foods. Don t starve yourself - just eat slowly, chew your food properly and don t fill your stomach to the max...give it some space.It s best to take daily walks. 30+ minutes walk every morning will have you going into shape slowly. You ll feel your fat burning on your chest/abs, back, legs and arms after every walk [unless your bones n skin]. Go swimming, bike riding, play sports and if you have a dog, take it for a walk and play around with a Frizby for a while. Burn those calories. Goodluck fatty

Cut the fried foods, soda, fast food. Drink tons of water. Exercise more than you did the last time (you gota push youself, you body gets used to something and you haveta give it more for it to work) When you have a craving, dont deny your self of it, just do it in moderation.Now for the clincher, DOnt strive so much for the weighloss, strive more for being healthy and happy with you you are...truely happy with that, Once i hit that point! Pounds started falling off! Its crazy and stuff, but it really workds and just makes u feel better!!!Good luck!

haha..there is no easy way! its a simple numbers game! you take in less calories than you burn each day and you ll lose weight! and if you dont want to change your diet by eating healthier or your lifestyle by exercising then the only way you ll lose weight is to starve yourself.

yes, honestly work out. i mean if your not sweating like a pig your not loosing, and eating healthy works. no cheating like i had a salad today i think it will be ok to eat these fries. no. just eat healthy 5 times a day in small portions to raise your metabolism and remember cheating on food or excersise only hurts you, your doing it for you, don t waste your time making excuses for yourself like this question

You really do contradict yourself in this question. You emphasis you want REAL weight loss tips but then say you don t want to hear about healthy eating and exercise. Well it worked for me but dunno if it will work for others but i ate TOGO s everyday for two weeks and lost 2 pounds without ne working out...just bought a regular salomy and cheese sandwitch w/ a bag of chips

If you don t want to do it the healthy way the least you can do is stop eating the crap food like fast food and soda. I guess you could smoke, pop pills, and/or vomit if you like but it s not usually recommended by Dr.s What do they know though huh, the bunch of quacks.
