MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE A BET GOING ON. WHOS CAN LOSE 15 LBS FIRST. I WANT TO WIN!I NEED SOME WEIGHT LOSS TIPS!? -

I JUST HAD MY THIRD BABY AND MY TUBES ARE TIED AND IM 100% READY TO GET BACK INTO SHAPE! WE BOTH GAINED WEIGHT DURING OUR PREGNANCIES SO WE RE MAKING A BET ON WHO CAN LOSE THE LAST 15 LBS FIRST. CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME ANY POINTERS ON HOW TO LOSE THE LAST 15 STUBBORN LBS. I M 5 7 AND USE TO WEIGH 120. I DON T WANT TO BE THAT SMALL I THINK 125-130 IS PERFECT! SO IF YOU HAVE ANY TIPS OR ANY DIETS THAT LL WORK IT WOULD REALLY HELP ME OUT A LOT. I AM 140 AS OF TODAY PLEASE HELP!
