Does anyone know any weight loss tips that actually work, and they work fast??? Please help!!? -

Best working and healthiest diet in the world!You juice (with a real juicer, not a blender) fresh veggies and fruits and drink 8oz-12oz every 2 hours, (8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm) drink 8oz water afterward. you can have herbal tea and steamed fish and veggies for dinner and psyllium powder with water every night (for fiber).I lost 1 pound a day doing this.When you juice the veggies/fruits, you are extracting their nutrients, which you cannot get by eating them alone. You will get 22 serving of veg/fruit per day which is antioxident heaven for your body, boosting metabolism. I have been off the fast for a 8 months (and not been a good girl) but have not gained 1 oz back. Actually down 5 extra pounds.And by the way, this is VERY healthy.

Try to minimize the amount of sugar you eat. It s very bad for you. Diet coke and Pepsi are the worst. Eat lots of different coloured foods. For example peppers are great for you and come in many different colours such as green,yellow and red.
