Eating 900 calories is nowhere near enough! The simplest way (which is also the healthiest AND diet where you can eat the most!) is to get into a calorie deficit. i.e. if your body needs 1800 calories to sustain its weight adn you eat exactly that but burn 400 calories training you are in theory only consuming 1400 calories.
