First off, I see a problem already. Your day plan involves a lot of eating, and sodas are a no-no. It is much better to have a large breakfast, around 800 calories or so, a small lunch, and medium-sized dinner. Eating a big breakfast jump starts your metabolism in the morning, but if you skip this meal or eat too little, it will take some time for your body to start digesting properly. Secondly, eat foods high in protein as they will keep you fuller, longer. Drink plenty of water, but not those mineral water or Fruit2O beverages. They are high in calories and are not as good for you as they say they are. For instance, did you know that the pasta salad at Olive Garden is 3000 calories, and the chicken salad at McDonald s does not include the nutritional facts for the condiments, which add 100s more. Your dinner should be 2/3 vegetables, fruits, and some grains, like French bread, and 1/3 meat, but not any red meats. Also, remember that saturated fats (butter) are bad and unsaturated fats (olive oil) are good. Don t eat anything with hydrogenated trans fats because your body does not know what to do with them, so storage is the only option. So, let s recap what I just said: Eat a fairly large breakfast (oatmeal, hot chocolate, and an orange), then a small lunch (sandwich with 7 Grain wheat, lettuce, tomatoes, Turkey Breast Deli Selects, Mayonnaise, and pickle relish, and wash it all down with tap water, not bottled), and for dinner, top it all off with fish (omega 3), white or brown rice (some carbohydrates are good), with carrots and asparagus. I don t know about drinking tea, but it should be fine. So long as it does not have sugar in it. Granulated sugar and cane sugar should only be used in moderation, like with dessert every once in a while. Exercise is key, too.
