Any one got some weight loss tips but i am a cheerleader and not over weight just want a six pack? -

i also run a mile every monday and tumble twice a week

okay, first of all, this should go in the health section, under diet and fitness, second if youre a cheerleader, then i assume you are still a minor and you shouldnt go on a diet or weight loss program. third, there is such a thing as being underweight, if you are at a healthy weight, saying that you need to loose weight could lead to eating disorders, so dont loose weight, the goal should be to mantain a healthy weight, not to loose weight because you want a six-pack.

Don t try to lose weight, just try to tone your stomach muscles with crunch workouts or machines at your local gym. You re going through the same thing I did! I was a swimmer and wanted the six pack that all the other girls had. It s hard, but you need to be determined! I imagine that if you re a cheerleader, you have automatic determination about everything! Good luck!

Diet will only keep you weight down. Working your abs through various exercises will get you that six pack you are looking for.Or you can run down to 7/11 and pick one up. That s what I do...

Wen i do my ab work out i like 2 do it nice and slow!! The slower the better. Also exhale wen u make your stomache tighten up and inhale when you loosen. The more u keep them tight the better!!
