Quick Tip:Weigh yourself on an out of order machine.... :-)
Join a gym and do cardio. Diet is the key. Stay away from junk food and sodas. Go on a low carb diet. Eat only fish, eggs, meat, vegetables, and water. You will see the fat melt away.
Take a meal replacement supplement. You can write me at jade_flowershop@yahoo.com about it.
Reduce sugar and fats intake. Burn calories by exercising regularly.
Become a vegetarian. Do you know any overweight vegetarians? I don t think they exist.
Diet and exercise.Don t you wish it would be as simple as that?Yes...I know...I should diet and exercise and...just do it...like Nike said.I will give you some tips that will try to be more original and useful than the run of the mill you can find anywhere:1. No matter what they say, weigh yourself every day. This is the only way that you can know for sure if you re 2 or 3lbs above (or below) your average weight that it s just a spike and nothing else. If you weigh yourself every day and you put all that in one page, you will know if you re gaining weight or losing weight and that 2 or 3 lbs. spike may be just because you ate salty food or had a big dinner, but if you see the line going up and upstart noticing. If you weigh yourself every week or every month, how can you be sure this is not a plus or minus 2 or 3 pounds day?2. Each time something goes into your mouth, you should have a pretty clear idea (and not just a guess) of how much calories that is. You should also know how much you need and how much you use. Like if you go to a restaurant, you should be aware that whats in your plate could feed four people.3. Always stop eating before you feel full since it takes 20mn for your brain to get the message that the stomach is full. If you keep eating for those 20 minutes, then when your brain gets the message, it will be too lateyou will be too full. Ever had that oh! I hate too much! feeling? You just kept eating when you should have stopped. As a matter of fact, this is kinda fun. You stop eating because you know better and youre wise but you could still eat more and 20 minutes lateryoure fine, dont want more and dont feel so full since you stopped eating earlier enough.4. If you have not exercised for 2 months, youre officially out of shape. If you exercised for 2 months, you will get in shape. So if youre out of shape, just know you will have to suffer for 2 months because you will have soreness in order to build strong muscles and fast metabolism. If youre in shape, just keep going because if you stop for 2 months, you will go back to square one.5. You know those before and after pictures for advertising of products to lose weight? They usually use identical twins, with one who does not exercise and eat everything and the other who exercise and eat healthy (I do not blame people for making money any way they canI dont know which one I would chose to be). Anyway, do a before picture of yourself (in a 2 piece-swimsuit with bad lighting) and then in a few months, do an after picture with a smile. You dont even need a twin for that one.6. Sorry, no number 6Its late for me (or earlyjust a matter of opinion), so Im going to get some shut eyes.
