Anyone want to help me? -

hiya guys, my goal is to lose 7 pounds in around a month but i need your help, a food and exercise regime would be brilliant because if i have a plan i know i will stick to it. are there any exercises that you recommend or sites with good weight loss tips? any help or motivation would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance?

Ya absolutely, IF your willing to work. Go to crossfit.com. Crossfit is a very INTENSE excersize/training regiment. It def aint for the faint hearted, but you can always scale down the workouts. As motivation look at those girls that do crossfit. STUNNING bodies lean sexy and firm!!!

Just watch you calories, eating about 1500 a day. Exercise for about 30 a day, jogging or running is great. pounds in a month is easy! stick to this and it ll be fine xx

Start of your morning with either a green tea (it kick starts your metabolism) or hot water with lemon, As for the diet, try something similar to slimming world, i did it and lost 10 pounds in my first week (however i was quite large so it fell off quicker)The average ive seen in the first week is 3-5 pounds, then 1-3 other weeksthen, you either have a red day in which you can eat as much vegetables, lean meat of any kind, fruit and water, you then have 2 A choices (150ml of milk-not full fat) and 2 B choices (2 slices of brown bread, 4oz of rice, pasta, or potatoes)You then have 15 sins each day in which you can use for drinks, snacks, sauces, etc... for a green day, you eat unlimited pasta, potatoes, rice, vegetables, fruit and eggs and then limited meat which can be counted in your B choices, you also have your A choices, and your 15 sins Its a easy plan to follow as long as you get the measurements right Another good tip is eating from small plates, having 6 small meals throughout the day, drinking plenty of water, and not eating after 7pm -8pm at the latest.As for expercise, you want something that targets all over the body, swimming is a good choice as its suitable for anyone, and tones all over your body, try to go 2-3 times a week for an hour, go for a brisk walk before each main meal (breakfast, lunhc, dinner) if possible for 30 minutes-you could try walking your dog or a friends dog, then doing small things such as taking the stairs instead of a lift, if your at a short distance to where ever you need to go, walk there instead of driving or taking the bus.Another tip is do 100 sit ups/crunchies a night, and 100 push ups a night, it takes 5 minutes, and this will tone your bod furtherDont think of it as a diet, think of it as a life style, it doesnt limit you, just gives you a balanced dietheres a website with lots of tips, tricks, and recipies:http://www.slimmingworld.com/healthy_eat��All the best xxx
