Can someone help me with weight loss tips? -

im 14. 5 2 and i weigh 140. i always gain in the summer and it sucks. i want to lose twenty pounds. can you help me? i know i need to stop eating snacks and do aome running. but i want it fast. i will commit to this. please help. easy food ideas to make? excercise ideas? anything,

Just start with eating healthy- fruits, vegetables, lean meats, etc. Don t eat any junk food, or sodas. But drink lots of water. You need to stay hydrated. If you feel hungry drink a bottle of water, if your still hungry after wards eat something. Eat smaller portions throughout the day to keep your metabolism up. When eating out you can get a salad, grilled chicken, anything healthy.You need to exercise too. You can run. If you aren t in good shape start with running small amounts, and build up as the weeks go by. If you hate running you can swim. Its great cardio. You can also think about weight training. Lifting weights builds muscle, and muscle burns more calories than fat. You should add crunches, lunges, push ups, etc. to your workout. If you ever get bored with this routine you can try yoga or cycling, something fun like that! Try working out with friends, and listening to music so you don t get bored.Good luck! :]

Eat:Plenty of Cucumbers: it takes more calories to digest cucumbers than the calories you can obtain from it, it also give you clean, easy way of filling full. Grapefruit juice: when eaten with protein, triggers fat burning and causes weight loss.----------------------Believe in a target weight you want to achieve and weigh yourself twice a day, be encouraged from the progress. Set a daily goal for 1 Pound or 2 you want to loose. When you do not achieve your daily goal, just eat way less at that day just to keep the same paste of weight loosing.

First off all, only eat when you are actually hungry. Drink as much water as you can to help your metabolism, but it will also keep you feeling full so you wont want to snack. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables and have two small meals a day.I m 14 and 5 2 too, instead of running or doing an something like that, i just put on my favourite song and dance like no one is watching :)It s much more fun and builds up a sweat quicker, therefor burning more fat.Good luck! x

hey i m 12 okay listen up dont eat after 9 pm pop has so much calories bad pop juice water its okay to eat some fried food and that but not a lot small portions if yo still get hungry do something like go outside play outside okay say you didnt have dinner yet and you want chips your going to go overboard so best idea dont eat snacks before dinner get phsical do you have a puuppy run around your house with him go to the track jump on trampoline hope this helps reply back calanalexispogo@yahoo.com
