Do you have any weight loss tips? -

trying to lose a little bit of weight, about seven pounds, I know to eat healthy and exercise but I was wondering if there are any particular foods which are very good for weight loss, or any special exercising methods?

It sounds like you re on the right track. If you re doing all of that and still not seeing results I would recommend just increasing the intensity of your exercise a little bit. If you re jogging 2 miles a day, up it to 3, instead of doing 200 crunches, do 300, etc. Also, maintain your healthy diet but decrease your portion size, if you re eating a plate of pasta for instance, only eat 3/4 of what you normally eat. Try to eliminate sodas, potato chips, candy and things like that from your daily diet if you haven t already.If you maintain all of this and are consistent you should see results in a few weeks.

Drink lot more water.Drink Green tea that will help you to reduce weight.Drink lemon juice with warm water. You can drink this after breakfast, lunch.Eat more spicy elements like ginger, garlic, onion, etc. in your food.Swimming is the best way to reduce weight.
