Low fat? What are you gonna get your energy from if not fat? Carbohydrates? that will really make you gain weight, and not the good kind of weight.Fat is the best source of energy, which actually don t make you fat.I d go with 40% protein, 40% fat and 20%carbs, but you could cut the carbs and give 50/50 to protein and fat.Fat actually makes you lose weight. I d recommend dairy products, but pure dairy, not the fake stuff they sell everywhere, like the cheese in hamburgers.Pure milk, cream and cheese and butter.Lots of vegetables and meat, and some fruit, as well. The first step to motivate yourself is stepping out of your apartment/house. After that you ll like you can do anything.Going on a walk is enough, if you d like to jog, good.If you want to go to a gym, make sure you have a good program to follow.

It s something like Marie dressing. The easiest way is to mix tomato ketchup with very low fat mayo. The Rosemary Conley Diet Fitness Club have loads of low fat, calorie counted recipes that are really easy to cook or adjust. As for motivation, make a list of all the reasons why you want to get slimmer and fitter and put it wherever you have food.
