Summer Weight Loss - tips!? -

Hello. I m 15 and I want to lose a little extra weight for summer. I m not over weight, I m normal, but I could afford to lose some extra lbs. I want to lose about 5 lbs. I m going to ride my bike and jog - any more tips?
