Weight loss tips Please help? -

I am 198lbs and don t want to get to 200lbs. I will only be on this diet for 20 days to lose 20lbs. I am desperate to lose weight. My graduation is this month and I want to look a bit more slender in my dress. Do you think this diet will work? What are the dangers of it?1st WEEK: EVERY DAY BREAKFAST: ? Grapefruit, 1 or 2 boiled or poached eggs, coffee or tea.(ALL EGGS IN DIET EITHER BOILED OR POACHED) MONDAY: - Lunch: Same as breakfast. - Dinner: Lean meat or fish, lettuce salad, 1 slice dry toast, ? grapefruit, coffee or tea. TUESDAY: - Lunch: Same as breakfast. - Dinner: Lean meat or fish, lettuce tomato salad, ? grapefruit, coffee or tea.WEDNESDAY: - Lunch: 1 or 2 eggs, spinach, ? grapefruit, coffee or tea. - Dinner: Lean meat or fish, lettuce, tomato carrot salad, ? grapefruit, coffee or tea. THURSDAY: - Lunch: 1 or 2 eggs, ? cup carrots, ? grapefruit, coffee or tea. - Dinner: Lean meat or fish, lettuce salad, ? grapefruit, coffee or tea. FRIDAY: - Lunch: 1 or 2 eggs, cabbage, ? grapefruit, coffee or tea. - Dinner: Broiled fish (NO BREADING), lettuce, tomato carrot salad, ? grapefruit, coffee or tea. SATURDAY: - Lunch: FRESH fruit salad (NOT CANNED) EAT ALL YOU WANT! - Dinner: Lean meat or fish, lettuce tomato, ? grapefruit, coffee or tea. SUNDAY: - Lunch: Diced chicken (NO SKIN) with chopped celery and green pepper, lemon juice or vinegar, ? grapefruit, coffee or tea. - Dinner: Broiled chicken (NO SKIN), lettuce salad, ? grapefruit, coffee or tea.

There is no way that you will lose the weight that you want to on this diet . You MUST exercise. The best thing you can do is simply watch what you eat... you will lose weight faster if you have 6 small meals a day rather than restricting your intake which in turn slows down your metabolism. Make sure you drink tons of water and gatorade to replenish yourself to avoid dehydration from the exercises. The absolute best exercise you can do is running. Start out walking and running in intervals until you can just run without walking. Be leary of so called diets. Even if you lose weight from a diet alone you will most likely just gain the weight back as soon as you stop. If you run 3 times a week for the rest of your life you will always be where you want to be weight wise. You will also fell much better mentally. i would recommend egg whites.. it has alot of protein.and wheat bread.. and while your having coffee or tea.. try to cut the sugartry to eat small meals not so much.. the size of your fist (ex corn size of fist and chcken size of fist.. in one meal)eat 5 times a day to speed up your metaband drink plenty of water

Something that worked best for me was something called Magic Berry Juice. It was inexpensive and effective.

diet and fitness are a life style, not a quick fix band aid. its simple.eat less fat. and 1/2 hour to an hour of cardio 5 times a week.

I think this diet will work. It only has healthy foods and it just looks like ur slimming down on calories. but u still have to excersize.
