I need some hair/skin/weight loss tips.? -

Okay,I m trying to lose some weight with out making my life miserable like most diets do,I want my hair to be silky and smooth, and I want to get rid of the stretch marks on my skin.I have marks on my skin from when I got scars, and I couldn t stop myself from picking and scratching at them.I also seem to have some acne/pimples on my face.Could anyone tell me how I can fix some of these?Any help would be appreciated!

In order to achieve all of your goals listed, I would recommend doing the following:Focus on eating sufficient amounts of fruits and vegetables, low-fat dairy products, whole grains, lean meats, fish, poultry, nuts, seeds and legumes. Then supply your diet with the proper multi-vitamins for women.Vitamins essential for women:1. Vitamin A - Antioxidant that helps produce healthy sebum in the scalp.Food sources: Fish liver oil, meat, milk, cheese, eggs, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, apricots and peaches.2. Vitamin C - Antioxidant that helps maintain skin hair health.Food sources: Citrus fruits, strawberries, kiwi, cantaloupe, pineapple, tomatoes, green peppers, potatoes and dark green vegetables.3. Vitamin E - Antioxidant that enhances scalp circulation.Food sources: Cold-pressed vegetable oils, wheat germ oil, soybeans, raw seeds and nuts, dried beans, and leafy green vegetables.4. Biotin - Helps produce keratin, may prevent graying and hair loss.Food sources: Brewer s yeast, whole grains, egg yolks, liver, rice and milk.5. Inositol - Keeps hair follicles healthy at the cellular level.Food sources: Whole grains, brewer s yeast, liver and citrus fruits.6. Vitamin B3 - Promotes scalp circulation. Food sources: Brewer s yeast, wheat germ, fish, chicken, turkey and meat.7. Vitamin B5 - Prevents graying and hair loss.Food sources: Whole grain cereals, brewer s yeast, organ meats and egg yolks.8. Vitamin B6 - Prevents hair loss, helps create melanin, which gives hair its color.Food sources: Brewer s yeast, liver, whole grain cereals, vegetables, organ meats and egg yolk.9. Vitamin B12 - Prevents hair loss.Food sources: Chicken, fish, eggs and milk.Essential minerals for women:Calcium (essential for healthy hair growth), Chromium (helps prevent hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia both of which can cause hair loss), Copper (helps prevent hair loss as well as defects in hair color and structure), Iodine (helps regulate thyroid hormones and prevents dry hair and hair loss), Iron (prevents anemia and hair loss), Magnesium (works with calcium to promote healthy hair growth), Manganese (prevents slow hair growth), Potassium (regulates circulation and promotes healthy hair growth), Selenium (keeps skin and scalp supple and elastic), Silica (strengthens hair and prevents hair loss), Zinc (deficiency can lead to dry hair and oily skin)A high-quality multivitamin supplies the body with the proper amino acids, vitamins and minerals that you may not be receiving in your diet to help create beautiful hair. You will not only look better but also feel better.Let me know if this information was helpful! :)

If you want to lose weight, I wouldn t suggest a diet, I would suggest a healthy lifestyle. You may want to regulate how many calories you eat in one day by starting Weight Watchers. If you don t want to go to the hassle or are unable to pay for something like that, you can always try the website caloriecount.about.com, which uses the same idea of counting calories, but is free. Furthermore, try incorporating an exercise routine into your schedule. Try going to the gym, starting a new sport at a community center or at school, or buying an exercise machine. To keep your hair silky and smooth, start by getting a hair cut to remove some of the damaged hair. From there, buy some hair products, like conditioning shampoo and leave-in conditioner, which will keep your hair super soft and smooth. Also be sure to have proper nutrition, or perhaps look into taking a multivitamin. Your hair needs vitamins and minerals to stay healthy.Be sure to wash your face properly with a cleanser in the morning and before you go to bed. Stay away from oily and sweet foods like chocolate and chips, and also drink lots of water. If you keep getting pimples after that, buy an acne treatment that has salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.Good luck!

First off get your diet in check! Eat more veggies, drink more water, cut out sweets and processed junk in your diet. Walk at least 15 minutes a day, exercise! A good healthy diet will result in a healthy mind, body and soul. Secondly try Bio Oil for stretch marks and acne scars or Revitol these work wonders on stretch marks (I should know, I tried them!), as for the acne issue I would recommend using Pro Active or some kind of organic facial cleanser. Keep your hands and hair away from your face! All those dirty oils cause acne, along with not changing your pillow case every two days ( you know how dirty those things get?), along with washing your face daily. A skin regimen is vital. Don t pick at your skin! It s the worst thing you can do. As for hair go to a hair stylist and have them give some advice on what you can do to make you hair work for you ie: cut, texture, length, products to use. Get a dermatoligst if you can to get your skin on track. Best of luck.

My dad had been suffering from hair loss and only recently he started to see a huge difference with his hair (lots of fine hair growing out especially at the temple area) after trying out the various natural techniques taught to grow hair for 1 week at this website http://www.regrowmyhair.info I must say its a very informative, effective and easy to follow step-by-step guide. I highly recommend it to anyone who is suffering from hair loss.Hope it helps ! =)

diets don t work b/c once you stop it, you ll gain the weight back. a lifestyle change is better. don t go on a strict diet. figure out how many calories you should be eating for your gender/activity level (the more active you are, the more calories are needed to function). track your calories everyday in a journal or on sparkpeople.com. start working out and being active. you can t get rid of stretch marks. they will only fade over time, but there is no way to get rid of stretch marks. creams don t work. if they did, nobody would have stretch marks.see a dermatologist

Using cocoa butter on the stretch marks will reduce them. It worked on me very well. As for losing weight, just stay away from sugars and eat healthy and exersize. It always does the trick!I use herbal essances when I shampoo/condition my hair and it works so well.

this is ure lucky day since am in a good mood ill give u sites at bottom.good luck

you can t get rid of stretch marks or scars. They will fade over time.
