Its going to take time, effort and dedication to lose that much weight, keep in mind a few simple things. The scale will always lie to you, just because you dont see weight loss does not mean that you aren t loosing inches.1 lbs of fat is 3500 calories, if you want to burn fat you have to create a negative balance of calories through a combination of dieting and excercise. Restrict your caloric intake to 1200 calories a day, spread through 5 meals. nothing after 8:00, not even a snack. On top of reducing calories cardio, cardio, cardio. Cardio is the big secret to burning fat quickly, do not fall for the target heartrate bs. If you can get your heartrate up above 135 safely you are burning massive calories. Go to your local health center, enroll in pilates and talk to a trainer. Start a weight lifting routine and talk to your trainer about realistic goals.. write those goals down in a public blog, tell your family what your doing, tell you friends and just keep with it.As long as you want to do this, you will. Good luck to you and if you need help putting together a diet, email me. I ll help you as best I can. :)

Hey :)...I use to have weight problems too.. I don t know what 70 ibs is because i use kgs here but i have weighed 75kg before and normal weight for a 16 year old here is Between 50-60. the first thing i did to loose weight was join a swim team and do 50 sit ups every night. On my swim team i swam 1 and a half hours 3 times a week and i lost 2 Kgs a week. (Which is good)But then i lost interest in swimming. And i started going for a jog every morning. Okay well not every morning because sometimes it was hard to get out of bed. But at least for times a week for like 30-45 minutes. My friends noticed the most weight loss then.I then started going to the gym for an hour everyday after school. Just on the cardio machines, like the treadmill and bike. That also worked. My most success though which was hard and is harder for people to start, is i became a vegetarian. It really does work. And to add to that i had a full time job at Mc Donald s where i was always on my feet which really helped but im assuming you still go to school so a casual job or evan just some exercise would help.I hope my story helps you :)

Good God.Sorry hun but I hope you have a LOT of will power and motivation because you need to lose a lot. For someone your height you should be between 120 and 140.I don t know that many weight loss tips sense I m kinda bad at actually doing healthy dieting so yeah. Don t do what I do lol. But good luck :)

I m currently trying to lose weight too. Basically just stay away from any junk food/soda/fast food,etc...And try to exercise at least every other day or more if you prefer. Running is the best way.And if you want to lose 70 pounds, be patient because it will take awhile.I ve been doing the whole exercise/diet thing for 2 weeks now and have only lost 4 pounds, so yeah. And by the way, if you ever get hungry, chewing gum helps a lot. Get sugarless gum, too. =)Good luck! =)

At your age don t even think about dieting . Focus on developing healthy eating habits. Cut down on portion sizes, soda, and fast food. Each meal should just satisfy you, not leave you full. Exercise wise, move more. That s it. Find something you like to do and stick with it. It doesn t matter what it is, as long as it keeps you active and burning calories, that s the important part. Learn healthy habits now so weight issues don t become a life-long struggle for you.

You should take it step by step, start to eat the right things, and get on a daily diet, and then if you wish you could start to work out, or maybe get a physical trainer?! You could go to a nutrionist, and get some help, and they could start you on the right path...

Have you talked to your doctor about it? they can guide you into a healthy diet. You could exercise, start out slow and gain confidence and ability. Run lift weights do sit ups crunches push ups. Eat healthy don t eat fast food or chips and look what you are eeatingsuch as the calories. But i would advise you to talk to your doctor before going on a diet routine. And don t listen to those other people about diet pills and such, those are really bad for you.Good luck i hope this helps :)
