Okay, not a sales pitch but I am taking the Alli pills and exercising and it s helped a bunch. I went from 295 to 283 in about a month. I still have a ways to go but so far out of all the weight loss programs I have tried, this is the only one that has worked. I don t recommend it if you aren t overweight (as in if you only have a few pounds to lose then don t use it). Hope this helps you.
