How to lose weight by june 25? -

I need to lose a lot of weight but I can lose less then a lot I need ok so I m 13 a girl 5 5 and weigh 160 as you can see I need to lose weight I m tecilly goining on a date but his mom going to be there were going swimming and I need to lose at least a little so please help me. XOXO.

drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you ll gain everything back, trust me.eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like chicken breast.skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.if you feel hungry, but don t want to over eat, chew gum. it ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!and don t forget to exercise!try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.good luck!

Ok wow um, you don t have a lot of time. But its possible to lose a few pounds during the following few days, but you need a RIGID schedule and you can NOT slack off, that is.Easy way to lose some pounds:-Drink water all the time-Eat vegetables and fruits.-Don t eat snacks, chocolate bars etc.-Sleep early. Yes early, not late.-Laugh a lot, it burns calories-Do some stretching on your bed before you go to sleep.-Run around the house, do house chores.Effective way to lose weight fast:-Running. Run to your school and run all the way back. -Play sports.-Do Stunts, kicks, lunges at home whenever you are free.-Power walknig.*Tip: walk with high heels on :D It helps you burn more calories*Tip: Hold a waterbottle in your hand while walking. well you only got 4 days so not that much is going to come off sorry lol but you might lose maybe a pound or two by then just exercise like go swimming to sit ups take jogs one in the moring and at night and whenever you get bored and dance to cds and do workout videos and eat low calorie foods like a bakede potatoe is one of my favs and yiu can eat grilled cheese sandwhiches and when you get hungary chew some gum or eat a snack like jell which is 5-10 calories or eat a apple or bananna~~~Daddy s Baby Girl~~~
