How to lose weight without expending money aside from a daily exercise and a diet? -

i have a friend, who approach me to help her about this problem. she is so conscious about her body because she s getting bigger. the only advise i gave her is to exercise and have a diet, but then she hates to exercise. so, i am asking for any recommendations that would be effective in losing her weight without expending too much money.

You can actually lose weight and SAVE money. Just buy less food and eat less. If that isn t a reasonable option because your friend is weak minded, then just give up, because she won t be able to lose weight without eating less or exercising, unless she s willing to chop off some limbs. It d be best if she just started running a bit, it s pretty enjoyable after a couple of weeks. It actually feels great once you get used to it, and it s healthy.

Read and apply everything you find at http://www.bestwaytoweightloss.com/weigh . This is everything you need to know to lose weight. Results are fast and guaranteed, you do not need any diets, exercise, pills or whatever.Do not waste your time and money on anything else - losing weight is as simple as that.

well you have to excercise if you want to loose weight theres no questions about it.if he/she loves there junk food they just need to slowly cut it down and add in vegeies and fruit ect.you need to do this to slowly break the junk food addiction, if you get what i mean. maybe you could help her/ him by going on a power walk every night for 20 minutes, because it is recommended to do atleast 20 to 30 mins exercise a day. if he/she can do that they will soon see changes

Cut down on the sugar and fat intake. If she is expecting to lose weight then she has to shift her weight by doing some form of exercise. Walking is good. Get a headset play some of her own music she likes and walk. Plan her meals. 3 main meals (not big meals) and then 3 snack meals. When I say snack I dont mean junk food. Eg: an apple, pear, banana, yogurt. She has to put in the work to get results. Doing nothing will only make her depressed and put on weight. Stress will also make you eat more which will make you add on more weight.

Okay, so let me tell you what I learned. I learned that if I used Metamucil that i would eat less, add healthy fiber to my diet, cut my cholesterol, and suck up some of my dietary fat. This might be an option for you too.I have written 3 big and detailed articles about why and how Metamucil works in each of these ways. Here are the links to these articles. I wrote these in hopes that what I have learned would somehow help somebody else. Oh, by the way, I lost 40 pounds in a healthy way over 9 months or so, with no diet pills!Lose weight with metamucil article: http://www.associatedcontent.com/articleHow Metamucil helps you to lower your cholesterol levels without the use of cholesterol drugs: http://www.associatedcontent.com/articleHow Metamucil sucks up some of the fat in your diet article: http://www.associatedcontent.com/articleI hope that the knowledge I have learned helps somebody else out!

Exercise is just as vital as food consumption when it comes to losing weight, but the one method that clearly showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials remaining, it has been featured in Fox News and CNN. I lost twenty pounds, it clearly does produce success!

Water, water, WATER!!! Very accessible and pretty much free! Also, tell your friend to choose her meals that are high in fiber, fiber is VERY important in weight loss, along with low fat and calories from sugar/carbs/fatwalking/running/jogging is also free. Its very easy to lose weight if you gain the most important quality... DISCIPLINE! ;)

I bought this ebook a while ago and I was able to choose the right diet for me and it worked brilliantly.http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT item=260347931356It s also really cheap for the great investment it is.

do fun exercise such as:listen to music while you runexercise with a frienddo a team sporthttp://www.authspot.com/Short-Stories/The-Brave-Deed.453557

but then she hates to exercise Tell her to enjoy being fat AND lazy. There is nothing you can do to help.

I need this for a friend too..

Ultimately, losing weight comes down to one key principle: Burn more calories than you consume. The steps that follow won t work if you have a thousand more calories coming into your body on a daily basis than you have going out. Lay the foundation for weight loss with these practices:1- Count calories and keep a food diary.2- Go on a diet.3- Cut down on sugar, high fructose corn syrup, trans fats and saturated fats.4- Burn more calories by exercisingDrink lots of water( or fruit cordials with water). , eat your fruits and vegetables , avoid coke and other fuzzy drinks ,for whole-grain food (oatmeal, whole-grain cereal, whole-grain pasta, brown rice and barley) You need to eat foods high in carbs since they are your body s main source of energy. The trick is to choose the right carbs. Simple carbs like sugar and processed flour are quickly absorbed by the body s digestive system. This causes a kind of carb overload, and your body releases huge amounts of insulin to combat the overload. Not only is the excess insulin bad on your heart, but it encourages weight gain. Insulin is the main hormone in your body responsible for fat storage. Eat plenty of carbs, but eat carbs that are slowly digested by the body like whole grain flour, hearty vegetables, oats, and unprocessed grains like brown rice. These kinds of food not only contain complex carbs that are slowly digested by the body, but are usually higher in vitamins and other nutrients that are beneficial to the body and they are higher in fiber which keeps your digestive system running smoothly.Have smaller portions of the food you enjoy.Eat less lunch than usual. For example, make your own sandwich and limit the use of margarine/butter and full-fat mayonnaise (store-bought sandwiches often contain both).as for exercise , you ll burn more calories with cardio (aerobic) exercise than with strength or resistance training.
