The old adage is true. Eat less + exercise more = weight lost.That s it, plain and simple.they say to maintain, 30 minutes, 5 days a week. So you have to do more than that. Also, you can incorporate a lot of other exercise into your days; taking walks, jumping jacks, step areobics, ANYTHING TO GET YOU MOVING!!!
The most important thing is to get your heart rate up for at least twenty minutes a day. So if you ride -- and I mean really ride, not just coasting down hilles -- for 20-30 minutes at least 3 times a week, you should be good.
