How to lose weight?????? -

im 14 and 150 lbs and a girl. im 5 4 and have a medium frame. i want to lose a lot of weight before new years. how much can i lose and how can i lose it.p.s.?? how do i get a flat stomach

well its only save to lose about a pound to 2 pounds a week so maximum weight u can lose in a month is about 8-10 pounds, but i would not eat junk food, no soda, drink lots of water and go running about 2-4 times a week for atleast 30 min
