Im 14! 165 pounds, and 4quot;11 goal to lose 40 -45 pounds by september? -

okay so i basically made this question because i wanted to know if im doing things right to lose 40-45 pounds in 3-4 months. i am a female.i have a lot of free time because im homeschooled online. losing weight is my main goal this summer. im very very motivated. i eat 5 small meals a day. usually 2-3 hours between each meal or so.i dont eat after 8pm.i work out on a cardio machine for an hour in the morning and an hour at night. i also do 10 minutes on a trim hoop during the day.i only drink aquafina flavored water. usually 2-3 bottles a day.this is my last hope. because my confidence is down so much since ive gained this weight. and everytime i look in the mirror i feel disgusting and ugly. im going into 9th grade next year and if i still weigh what i do(which is 165) i dont think im going to be happy with myself. ive lost some inches. my thighs and my arms are my biggest problem. also. does anyone have any good tips to lose cellulite? because i feel like thats what it all is.am i doing this right? what will increase my metabolism and are there any good weight loss tips out there?oh, by the way. i know anything is possible.

Hello sweetie, i m sorry all these ads keep spamming you.but yes, you re doing everything right. however, you might want to try giving up the flavored water for regular water which you should be consuming about 8 glasses of daily. Flavored waters contain sugars which will get stored as fat. As for cellulite on your thighs, try working out your gluteal muscles by doing as many squats as you can (you can find vids on youtube) and push ups for your arms. If you can get to a gym, even better, ask a trainer to help you work those muscles. Most importantly, stay positive about your body. Look in the mirror and think of the good things you like of your body. If you keep putting yourself down, you ll just see what you think is an ugly reflection.Good luck.

WOW! you have a very good idea of what it is you need to do to lose weight The longer you do it the better result you will see! :):) -remember water water water- this always helps me..you are what you eat.. makes me remember i dont want this junk foodi even dont eat after four but you may want to work up to that though doing it right away might be tuffas for cellulite you can frequently massage the problem areas it will help you lose weight and cellulite because it breaks up fatty tissuesi am really impressed on how much you know already about how to lose weight the proper and healthy way Keep going you sound like you are doing very well so far!!!!! :)
