Flavored waters contain sugars which will get stored as fat. As for cellulite on your thighs, try working out your gluteal muscles by doing as many squats as you can (you can find vids on youtube) and push ups for your arms. If you can get to a gym, even better, ask a trainer to help you work those muscles. Most importantly, stay positive about your body. Look in the mirror and think of the good things you like of your body. If you keep putting yourself down, you ll just see what you think is an ugly reflection.Good luck.
