Can you please give me some advice on how to lose weight? -

I m 14-years-old 5 foot tall and 74 pounds. =[I feel like i m so much fatter than everyone else and just want to lose 12-5 pounds. Can you please give me some advice on how to lose weight?Thank you.I m desperate to lose at least 5.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day8 glasses of waterhave complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energyhave lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs musclecardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight trainingdont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

WHAT? 74 pounds is NOT fat at 5 . Where do you live, Ethiopia?Okay, five pounds is doable. I d advise you NOT to get caught up in the diet game at 14, but if you want to lose five pounds, jog. Jog half a mile at least, every day until it s off. Eat regularly too, all you have to do is jog.

You re underweight. You should weigh at least 100 pounds.

WOW YOUR FAT

You don t need to lose more weight at 75 pounds if you re 5ft. Actually, you may even need to gain some muscle. What you need to do is get fit. You can exercise to make your body stronger and to make you feel good about yourself. Don t worry about getting hungry afterwards. Just eat low calorie foods but you must eat well. By this I mean you have to get the basic nutrients to keep yourself functioning and healthy and you have to maintain a balance of the calories that you lose from daily activities and gain from eating. The idea is to put on muscle mass more than mass from fat. That way, you d be fitter. I suggest you enroll in a fitness program with an instructor who can let you know what your body needs. This way, you won t have to be worried all by yourself and an expert can give you advice on what you should really do.

first your only 14 so you should not be trying to lose 12 pounds that s not healthy. i was in your shoes at that age but it stated when i was younger i did it the wrong way. but once i gained weight ant got older i seen every thing was good your body it still growing okay. but if you still want to don t eat allot bread but dint stop eat-ting work out drank water and you should be good.

limitation of food you are eating that has lot of fats and exercise once a week
