The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to have a simple, daily regimen. You can t expect miracles, and you have to stick with the program! All it really takes is strong will- power. You need to remind yourself that being overweight is unhealthy and can cause you to have a lot of problems throughout your lifetime. Eating the normal 5 times a day (3 big meals and 2 snacks), and exercising daily will definitely give you awesome results in the long run!
I m using this method right now to lose weight:1) always eat breakfast, or else your stomach will hurt while exercising2) do 2000 jumping jaxs everyday while naked (While exercising, it s always best to wear as little clothing as possible because that way, it s easier to sweat3) after every 100 jumping jaxs always wait a few minutes so the sweating can begin4) NEVER eat cheese (ultra fat) while on the diet5) (i never tried this) never consume anything white while on the diet6) never eat past 6:00
My wife started using Herbalife products off the website below. In her first month she lost 33 inches total(they measure 4 different areas) and about 16lbs. People actually started to notice after that first month and had to ask what was working for her. They have an herbal tea that has the main ingredient, concentrated green tea, which helps to burn off excess cellulite from that past years of bad eating habits. Also this can help to speed up a sluggish metabolism that causes most people not able to lose weight without a lot of exercise. My basic plan is to take the healthy meal shakes (like cookies and cream, or chocolate) that taste good and keeps you full, then have whatever you want to eat for dinner. You want some pizza, go for it!If you are not comfortable with a personal coach to help you through the process, I would recommend a good whole food type of multivitamin to start with. Eat sensible meals and portions with some exercise. Sticking to something that works, and leaves you feeling good is best. Most of us consume 2-3 times the recommended portion of food. Best of luck to your goals.
I used to be in your shoes so I know what it is like. The best advice I can give you is to join a gym and learn as much as you can about healthy eating. Don t be too hard on yourself and give yourself time to change. It s not easy but if you re determined and you work as hard as you can, you ll get there. If you can t join a gym, start eating smaller meals but more of them spread across the whole day. Use skim milk, no butter etc. Eat LOTS of veggies and make sure you eat good protein like lean chicken and fish. Don t always eat low fat treats as they are usually full of sugar. Try fruits and yogurt if you have a sweet tooth. Don t starve yourself, it ll only make it harder for you to lose weight in the long run.As for exercise... Try walking at a quick pace for half an hour and then work it up to an hour over time. You should be able to have a conversation at that pace but unable to sing. Cycling is really good too, great for burning fat. Good Luck!
The million dollar question. I have known a lot of people who battle with excess weight. Have seen them ruin their health by doing insane crash diets, swallow pills and concotions sold on TV promising the perfect body, only to cause irreversible damage to their health, not to mention throwing away their hard earned money.I have noticed that the safest and most productive method of loosing weight is by visiting a dietitian. Am not sure if that s the proper name for the kind of physician. In the first session, he examins you, taking into account your height, age, and body. He talks with you, getting to know your eating habits, what foods you like or dislike, getting to know your daily routine, can you cook every day, do you eat out a lot, etc.He then creates a unique menu for you with many many alternatives per meal based on what you enjoy eating, and what is convenient for you to prepare or find in a resteraunt. This is a costly procedure as you have to visit him every once in a while to see your progress. The visits are part of the program based on the psycological part of the diet. I ve paid money, if I break my diet it will all go to waste ..... I have to see him next week and he ll be disappointed if I haven t lost anything ... etc. However, I do know some people who went once, got the diet in their hands and never returned. They followed it properly and lost a lot of weight. My point is that everyone I know who did this kind of diet lost a lot of weight. As for regaining it, the same applies for any sucessfull diet.... eat like a poor man, live like a king. If you eat properly, avoid junk food and excess sugar intake, and exercise, you should keep your new and very health body intact. If you dono have the money to go to a dietitian, perhaps you could find out how much the first visit costs, and save up little by little?
It takes time to reprogram your metabolism. You have to go on a no sugar, low carbohydrate diet. It will take at least 1 month before you start seeing some results. Do not try to reduce your intake extensively, just eat more vegetable and very small amount of oil. Be patient, it will happen. Do not lose more than 6-8 pounds a month. Do light exercise like walking for 1 hour, 3 times a week. Eat 5-6 times a day but smaller amounts. Fruits for 3 of them.
the gym , it ALWAYS works. dont try going on a diet , thats just really plain out stupid. if you really wanna lose this weight you gotta do it yourself . you got yourself in tht position so get yourself out of it. eat a lot , but eat less portions. like say u have a sandwhich , only eat half of it and it the other have in anothr 2 hours or so.exercise , if you go to a gym run off the running machines for 2 hours straight. make a playlist on your ipod if u have one for working out . make sure its atleast 30-40 songs. wait until u finished the songs then move onto something else. then do the same thing over but put it on shuffle. i hope this helps.
go to the gym alot or get a job in construction (i am 15 but i work with my uncle insulating houses and i was 180 pounds and after 2-3 weeks i now weigh 158 pounds (hard to believe but when you work you sweat and when you sweat you loos ssome weight) or there is a fun way to do it too lol get a nintendo wii and get wii fit (it works really good) i hope ive helped !! =) but try it
Hello there! Please read my whole post and don t brush me off as somebody trying to sell you products... I truly do care and want to help!I am an Independent Herbalife Distributor and Personal Wellness Coach. Herbalife is more of a lifestyle change and not just a crash diet. It involved complete, balanced nutrition so that your body is actually losing weight the right way, and not because you re starving it of certain nutrients and vitamins that it requires. Compared to a lot of programs out there, they are really affordable and I broke down the cost of a month s supply, and it comes out to about $3.50 a meal... which isn t bad at all!Lastly, it works. My aunt was over 300 lbs for 20 years. She started Herbalife a couple years ago. She lost 150+ pounds and has kept it off for over a year now. I could go on with more success stories, but then I sound like a nut!ANYWAY ... IF you would like more information, I d LOVE to help out! My email is VitalityAvenue@gmail.comHope this helped!-Lindsay
you need to consume less calories than your burning, and exercise for at least 45 minutes a day, it may not be a huge difference but you should lose around 2-3 lbs. a week, so in a month you should lose around 8-12 lbs. a month, just stick with a healthy diet and an intense workout regiment

it depends join a health club that will help
god made you the way you are i am sure you look perfect:]
for one any soda or fast food that you eat- don t. after about a month of no soda I dropped an easy 20 lbs. secondly before you even start, create a support group for yourself.people that you talk to on a very regular basis, people that you will listen to. it would be even better if you were able to get someone that would workout with you. a great example is a health club, but if you don t have money for that, find some good friends who will ask about it everyday and stand there and watch you workout if they have to.it is extremely hard to do something like this by yourself, you do it for a week or 2 then you slip a little, then a little more, then you fall flat.also keep a record of what you eat and how much exercise you doyou be able to control you eating better if you can actually see how much you eat in a dayfrom recent articles that i have read, general consensus is to work out an hour a day to burn enough calories to make a differenceif your not exercising now, start off slow and build to that hour, don t just jump into it or you may hurt yourself.one idea I always keep in mind, is that if your not sweating then your prolly not working hard enoughdieting will never ever work, people diet for a period of time, weight loss is something most everone wants for a long time if not the end of their days. so your eating habits have to become a way of life and not a diet.that don t mean you can t eat good tasting foods, just don t binge on them,if you go to a steakhouse and you want a steak, get one, just don t order that largest one they have, get the smaller one and split the chili cheese fries into a smaller portion, say half for example and take em home in a doggy bag for the next day.and drink tons of watermake a rewards system for yourself, don t use food as a reward, instead go somewhere fun and do an activitydon t reward yourself too often though or it becomes pointless and easya good way to do some of this, if your still in high school go out for a sport, don t worry about getting playing time, work on picking up the life lesson the coaches are trying to teach, plus you ll get mandatory exercise and people to help you complete goalsonce you realize that this won t be a walk in the park, it gets easier because you ll quit fighting yourself about doing what needs donehope that helps
waist line: Before - 35 (age 13-14) Now - 27 1/2 - 28 (just turn 22)height: 5 8 weight: don t careFirst of all, the only permanent solution to weight problem is to change your LIFESTYLE. Temporary diet + exercise = TEMPORARY boost of self-esteem and look. The only way (and I mean it) to lose weight is to EAT healthy food and healthy AMOUNT of food and make d-a-m-n sure that you burn more calories than you eat. Forget the pill. (Ok, some drugs do help lose weight, like Alli, but NO pill in the world will give you a healthy lifestyle) I lost weight and kept them off without using any drug. Diet: I can tell you my diet, but ultimately nobody can create the best diet plan that suit your lifestyle but you. No commercial diet plan will work as well as your own concussion. Start by 1.) cutting back fatty food (no brainer), 2.) EAT non-processed food like whole apple (these foods are harder to digest and thus make you feel full longer) NO canned fruits, 3.) explore alternatives. For example: White rice - wild rice or brown rice, pasta - shirataki (japanese tofu noodle) or clear noodle, daily cheese - veggie cheese (any mega-mart has it)Exercise: The best, easiest, no-cost-to-you exercise is walking or jogging. Running is for athlete, not for losing weight. Begin by drinking lots of water 2-3 hrs before exercise. When exercising, warming up your muscle (stationary jog) + stretch for 3-4 minutes -- begin walking slowly for 3-4 minutes -- walking as fast as you can (not run, not jog) for 3-4 minutes -- repeat 2nd step again. Repeat this cycle for 20-30 minutes a day (you can begin with 15-20) for a couple day at a time, then rest on the 3rd day. Once your muscle begin to get use to with exercise, the pain will subside, and you can do 30+ everyday. There is a whole logical, scientific explanation for this, but in the nutshell your body BURNS FAT when you need to use energy slowly and continuously (walking), but BURNS SUGAR when you need to use energy fast (running), which result in feeling more hungry and eat more afterward. Plus, by making body converting fat to energy *regularly*, there will be metabolized waste in your blood, which your kidney will naturally get rid off them --- meaning you literally pee your fat away! Also, try to walk outside in the sun whenever possible (with a bottle of water) to help with sweating - burn more calorie.IF you do it right, you can see the result as little as within a month or two, but don t counting down the day. It s something that you do today, forget about it, and just look forward to do it again tomorrow. I did not realize that I lost weight until I noticed that need to move my belt-hole. Just for your curiosity: my diet plan today is very flexible and limited due to college. Though I eat whatever I want, these are my main foods that I anker on (just from the top of my head)Fruit: green apple (it s my grab-and-go food), orange, strawberry. a bowl of salad (w/ low-fat dressing) once a day or more, Daily: fat-free or 2% milk, soy milkTips: drink a bowl of clear soup before dinner. Sushi: California roll or veggie roll, sometimes spicy shrimp roll...most of other kind has fatty dressing..avoid! I m asian, but I don t eat sushi with raw fish.P.S. - You can only get rid of FAT molecules in your fat cells, but you can never get rid of the fat cells. That s what I mean by lifestyle changing, as soon as you stop exercise, you will gain weight more easily than the first time. This is because you already created the fat cell from gaining weight at the first time.P.S.S. - The beginning is the hardest. Once you get used to with diet and exercise - maintaining it will not be a big deal. This is the best investment you will probably make in your life so start now. I hope I enlightened you a bit. Sorry about long post and grammar. Good luck.
