How to lose weight in two weeks without exercise? -

I am 16 years old. and in the past few months ive been eating like a bloody pig..unfortunately Ive gained 20 damn pounds.now Im at a whopping 145 pounds. I want to lose at most ten pounds in two weeks.I know its not healthy.But I need to lose weight before summer.

Weight loss is an overall process. You need to think about many factors. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. I m sorry, but there is no quick fix to lose weight. Too many people in our country want a fast fix. You ate bad and gained that weight over months. Think about how easy that was, do you really think it will come off easier than it went on? It wont. You can lose weight in two weeks, but it will mostly be muscle and water weight and you will gain it back as soon as you eat like a normal person again. Start exercising a few times a week, drink lots of water, and eat better. Make sure you are taking a multivitamin and make sure you are getting enough fiber (eat lots of fruits and veggies and beans)

watch what you eat, but make sure you eat enough. For breakfast try some yogurt (not the runny kind, the more natural thick stuff I actually like it better. its called Original and it has a huge 0 on it and it says natural ingrediants, 0% fat). So you take the yogurt then you mix in thawed frozen berries or fresh berries and top it with some granola (honey granola is the best). Its healthy and a good way to start your day, im eating it right now. Doesnt matter if its in the morning. Just try to eat good and you said without excersize, sorry hun but thats not gunna happen. The two keys to weight loss are a healthy diet and excersize. besides excersise is good for you. go on a walk or a bike ride everyday, your toned muscles will look nice in shorts too which is a bonus. Unnatural sugar in the bloodstream= fat gain. Make sure you eat natural sugars, dont cut them out completely. thats like in fruits and berries and stuff. Just eat healthy, no crap food, and youd be surprised what a walk can do for you. Maybe go skating or for a swim. Half an hour or even 20 minutes or excersise can make you feel 20 times better then you do without it.good luck :)

i got the best healthiest way ... he best is to have a tea spoon of honey, daily in the morning once u get up from bed. this burns the extra fat. after some time, have atleast 2 glasses of water, to clear the acidity produced during the nightmake sure the honey u purchase and use is natural and authentic. This method has worked for me and is really efficient. eatting is suuure fun (: but ..u need to no wen u should stop cuz you might get to blooded . the best way to lose weight is exercising such as cardio; running, walking, jogging, biking, swimming, etc. just don t always stay in front of your computer screen to play and eat, also the couch or sumthing. go out to do some exercise and i ll guarantee u ll lose weight. if u don t want to do any exercise, then lower ur calories. eat less fried fatty food, sweets and go for some veggies ;peas, carrots, celery ,etc. good luck ;D

dont loose too much too fastand dont worry about how much you weigh, rather concentrate on how you look and feelstart lifting weights and running moreup the protien intake and less caloriesyou might gain weight but thats muscle ( weighs more than fat )and you will look good work out at least 4 times a week a hour 30 min each time join a gym

simple. cut out all carbs until u have lost ur weight. no sugars or pastas or wheats at all. and do some cardio for a hour every day better in the morning and at night do some stretching. remember cut out all carbs until uve lost the weight,

eat only one meal a day, the other meals should be drinks...like ensure or carnation. When doing that it could speed up your metabolism and you loose weight quick with out exercise.I did that to get rid of my preg. weight.

Well its impossible to lose weight without exercise. Talking pills are not good. It could cause cancer. I lost 7 pounds in two weeks. I ran about two miles a week. I played sports and rarely lift weights.I m 157 pounds.

with diet and excersies you can lose 1-2 lbs a week, with not excercise and a diet you will lose no weight at all, sorry if you dont want to work out you wont lose weight

There s no way to lose your weight without exercise unless you walk at least 30 minutes and eat fresh vegetables,fruits,meat and drink milk. Also stop eating FAST FOODS.

Without excersise? The only ways to do that are unhealthy ways. Excersise and healthy food are your only good options.
