How to lose weight no purchase necessary? -

I want to loose just a little wait before the school year starts on september 7th. not to much just by then i would like to lose 10-15 pounds. but i don t want to have to order anything. Any ideas?

Try interval cardio exercises. For example, running... Warm up for about 5 minutes by jogging at a pace where you can keep a conversation and not lose your breath. Then start running at high intensity for 90 seconds. Immediately lower your pace to one where you are going slower, but a bit faster than your warm-up session (for a minute). Run at high intensity for another 90 seconds, then slow down for another minute. Repeat for another round.Now, that s just an outline of an average interval cardio session. Do what suits you or makes you comfortable. You can also google interval cardio training to learn more.
