How to lose weight please help? -

Okay i need to lose some weight by pure exercise because i hate everything else. I do sit ups for 10 min. every night and i exercise for about 15 more. Any suggestions to get abs or lose weight, Also how to tighten my leg muscle

you re doing all right. all you need to do is eat less and not after six o clock at night.
