Pissed off, fat, man boobs, depressed, embarassed, all that stuff10 points? -

all right long entry here folks well ive posted stuff about being fat b4 and how to lose it and ive decided i wanna get off the computer and exercise and stop bitchin n complaining BUT theres a month until school ends and ppl have been making fun of me for my HUGE GINORMOUS man boobs that stick out and i know in the 9th grade ill finally prove them wrong but they dont treat me like an equal jus cuz im fat i know theyre jus having fun but 1 guy calls me a boobed lady and it hurts my feelings a lot how do shake this stuff off? also i see other fat ppl not get made fun of but i do wussup with that? i mean i cant just lose it all of a sudden and now i feel so bad i actually made myself throw up one time in the school bathroom after someone made fun of my man boobs how can i survive the rest of the yr? also my friends mess with me about it and talk about bras and stuff i HATE it any advice at ALL?! this shreds my confidence down to ZERO! also any weight loss tips i wanna use ddr

I just want to say sorry about having to go threw that. I used to be extremly overweight in grade 8, and all the popular kids made fun of me, and it hurts alot. First off, a way that i dealt with the name calling, is to just look at people as if they want to hurt you, and they are going to target w/e hurts the most, in your case, it s being over weight. People are imature, and have nothing better to do with their lives then judge others. They have a low self esteem, and want to lower yours to their level, and you can t let them. You have to be the bigger person, and if your trying to lose the weight, then that s all you can do right? Who are they to judge you? Just tell yourself that you are trying, and maybe even say something to them..Tell them that they arn t going to bring you to their level, and they can say what they want cause you don t care.Now about how to help you lose the weight, i can give you some tips.Work out in the morning, you burn more calories in the morning because your body was in shut down mode wile you were sleeping.Drink lots of water. I know its gross and has no taste, but it helps make you feel full.Don t throw up, i know you would think that would help lose the weight, but it actually makes you gain weight because your body stores fat so its not hungryEat alot of watery veggies. AND i know the hardest thing is to drop down those cakes and things, but what you need to do is limit your snacks to 1 a day..and the rest of your meals need to be healthy.I hope i could help ... Don t let those people get under your skin man...I know its hard but just try not to. If you wanna lose weight just try to eat healthier and do some cardio and weight training. A good way to lose weight is to count the number of calories you eat per day and subtract 500 from that number. So if you were eating 2500, you should now eat 2000. You have to make sure the food is healthy though and not junk food. Eat this way and do some jogging and weight lifting and you ll start to lose weight. Maybe find some one to work out with to motivate you and make working out funner.If i were you I would try going out for the wrestling team.....they do a tremendous amount of cardiovascular training and might win you some friends..........high school teams often need a big guy on the team (under 275 pounds).......and you have four years to get skilled and in shape.........even if you re not totally gifted at first you will still get in really good shape and shed some pounds

okay, for loosing weight, here s a good tip:- cut down on salt. they pack in a lot of water weight, so if you drop the salt then you ll loose a lot of that unwanted water weight. - eat in half portions. say if you re getting a meal .. eat only half! it doesn t sound like much but it works. save the other half for a friend or something. - excercise for at least an hour a day. run, or power walk. just keep moving!for those jerks- they probably don t pick on others cause they like the reaction they get from you. I know this is hard, but next time .. just ignore them. the more you give them a reason to keep picking on you. so just do the best you can to get your body to the best shape you can, and as long as you keep ignoring them, they ll leave you alone. best of luck!
