How to lose weight and get toned the healthiest way? -

I don t really care anymore about how long it takes. I just want to take the healthiest rode. I don t even need to lose that much weight. I m already in average weight. I just need to get toned and healthier. So please give me any tips, advice, etc?

Hi, I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall.
