How to lose weight before June 10.? -

i have my graduation on the date and i want to look actually good in a dress.......

Have a healthy diet and a good workout plan...try Jillian Michael s DVDs - I like them the best. Power 90 is good too. Don t try crash diets - they ll ruin your health.

Three main things to do:- Eat healthily- Speed up your metabolism- Exercise, exercise, exercise!!!Here s a more detailed breakdown:- Eat healthily: Eat foods high in fiber. Fibrous foods tend to keep you fuller, longer. So eat whole wheats, oats, unprocessed stuff, brown rice, green and leafy vegetables, etc. That being said, eat a high fiber breakfast and eat a small high fiber lunch. It will keep you through the day. I eat 2 eggs, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, and high fiber cereal in the mornings and that usually lasts all the way into the afternoon when I eat a small, high fiber snack. To lose weight, you have to eat LESS calories than you burn. So even though you are eating healthy, eating a lot won t get you anywhere since you are still consuming a lot of calories than you need. Limit sugar. It spikes up your insulin levels which then tells the body to store more fat Never starve yourself. Your body will go in survival mode which will make it store all the nutrients to stock up on needs just in case it happens again. That mean s you ll gain more weight.- Speed up your metabolism: Eat spicy foods whenever you can. You d be surprised to taste old foods with a kick. Fire it up. Eat regularly. Not eating will slow your metabolism down which means less calories burned. Interval training work outs help speed up your metabolism. Do as much as you can. A faster metabolism simply means you will burn more calories even when you re not active, WOW!- Exercise!!! Cardio is always a good thing. Interval cardio training is better. Start out at a steady pace for 2 minutes and then slow jog for 1 minute and then sprint for 1 more minute and then slow jog again for 1 minute. Repeat the cycle at least 3 times I assume you re a girl since you said dress. So don t be afraid to weight lift. Don t lift 30lb weights and stuff. Then you ll actually build muscle. Just lift 10-15lb weights and you should be fine. It will tone you up and speed up your fat loss because muscle burns fat the fastest because it burns fat to gain energy to repair itself. If you are in very reasonable shape (you do sports or you re just physically active) try P90 (Power 90) or P90X (Power 90 Xtreme) which will kick your *** in shape in 90 days. I ve seen friends do it and it does work. I will be going on it as soon as my shipment arrives so I m pretty sure it will work. Work out 3-4 days a week. It is the most you should work out, unless you want to gain muscle and stuff. Which can be very unsightly in a dress. Haha.Good Luck!

Imagine how unhealthy this is with all these toxins sitting inside us. Oprah had a guest on her show that talked about how we need to make sure that we clean our bodies of this rubbish.

I started a weight loss plan 3 weeks ago and have lost almost 12 pounds so far. I am doing this the healthy way, by making better food choices and limiting portion sizes without depriving myself. Eat nothing but cooked vegetables and dried fruit.

Eat right and exercise like mad. It s the only way.Eat: whole grains, legumes, steamed veggies, fresh fruit, and lean meat.Exercise: try to do an hour a day (cardio, weights, and or yoga).

exercise, you cant still maintain your normal eating habits but if you just walk or something, you re sure to lose weight!
