Weight loss tips........? -

Well halloween is coming up and i want this costume that is a bit to small. It is unique so i can t just go find another . I already bought it, and well i wanna find some exercises that are tried and true that work on the stomach, arms, and legs so not only will i fit it but i will look good in it. It is only 3 weeks away, so i need some results fast. And it is not only that but i decided to start an exercise plan that will get me ready for bikini season next summer. I am vegan so i don t eat that much junk food cuz i can t and that also goes for sweets. Also some motivational hlep, cuz i am flaky and have trouble sticking to things. Links and things that don t cost money would be great. I wanna do stuff that doesn t cost any money or cost a little but will go a long way and really help.Thanks in advance!!!

Swimming if your by the sea free and the tan will make you look slimmer too! But I just love Yoga check out the link below yoga tones the body so you will be slimmer so loose inches but probably stay the same weight. Yoga also makes you feel just great inside and out do try it if you can find a teacher in your area you could go 1 class a week but practise home. Running will loose fat if you hate them go out dancing all night i was a stick in my party years! Enjoy your halloween.
