Yogurt quot;dietquot;? -

yogurt isnt too bad for you if it doesnt have a lot of sugar and fat in it, right? well, i am like, addicted to these dannon light fit yogurts! they seem pretty healthy to me, with just 60 calories, no aded sugar and no saturated fat? some vitamins, too. anyway, since i m trying to lose weight pretty much everywhere (preferably stomach thighs) what would happen if i had maybe yogurt for breakfast(also maybe an egg, some fruit, etc? ideas?)a yogurt for lunch(also maybe a salad or something, ideas?)and something with yogurt for dinner-any ideas on that one? and for snacks, things like bananas(i hear theyre really good for you, not just cause theyre fruit, but for weight loss-can someone explain that to me?!)and yogurt. also, pretty continuous, vigerous exercise. how much weight would i lose if i kept up with this by the start of my school, september 3? any stomach weight loss tips? i already know things like crunches, side crunches, opposite leg to opposite elbow, etc. what other things

There is no such thing as a yogurt diet-but adding yogurt to your diet is good-it s a great low fat-low calorie snack. You ll get tired of eatting tons of yogurt-just try to eat a well balanced diet with plenty of fruits, veggies, and lean protein like chicken breasts, tuna, lean meat If you want to lose weight you need to exercise pretty much every day for at least 30-60 minutes to see results, weight training and cardio activity-good luck but make sure you keep it up-diet and regular exercise is the best way to lose weight all over.
