How to lose weight after having a baby? -

I just had my son a month and a half ago and I am not down to my pre pregnancy weight. Im like 20 pounds over it and ugh I want to lose weight. Are there any pills or weight loss programs that work? besides diet and exercise. And are they safe to use while breasfeeding?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. you shouldn t take any weird pills while your breast feeding breast will help you take off the baby weight as long as you you are eating a balanced diet breast feeding takes off 500 calories a day. eat food thats good for you and baby.add some exercise into your life take your son with you go to the park push him in the stroller. if its to cold outside consider taking walks in an indoor mall.

well i was in the same situation about 3 months back , then i tried acomplia and it did worked for me and i had lose about 20 pounds with it , may be that can help . and yes they are safe you can do breasfeeding it wont effect or react don t worry

talk brisk walk every day no need to do any intense work out ok take green 4 times a day - highly effective- you can easily lose weight and it freshen up your face
