How to lose weight? Serious Answers only thanks? -

I am 19 years old, I want to lose weight. I know that the following steps need to be done. Like eating healthy and exercise. But I really do not understand what eating healthy is. I need help on what to look for when i go grocery shopping. I know things like vegetables and fruit are one main category, but what else. I do not understand when they say things like calories. I am not that big i really just want to lose my stomach.
