How to lose weight and tone up quickly and safely? -

i m not fat just want to lose some weight and tone up stomach arms and thighs. especialy stomach and thighs..anyone know how? without starving myself etc lol

Eat less, exercise more. Don t look to do it quickly. Doing it quickly doesn t work- you have to change your lifestyle over an extended period.To start with, if you are in general good health, do exercise for 20 minutes every other day ( ie. something that raises your pulse rate significantly). After about 10 weeks of this do it more frequently and for longer.You will get to a stage where you are eating to fuel your exercise while becoming toned and feeling good.A mixture of running, cycling and swimming is good- not too much running, its hard on the joints.If you just want a quick fix- don t bother- it won t work.

Stop eating junk seriously just stop.Only eat breakfast,Lunch and dinnerin between meals eat fruit.Finally run every day as long as you can.Drink only water or 100 percent fresh juice from organic fruitin about a month you should look and feel much better.PSIt wouldn t kill you to only eat organic food,No restaurants
