How to lose weight of 15 kilos and waistline of 6 inches in one month? -

I am 25 yr old male. My height is 5ft 9inch. I weigh 89 kilos and have a 40 waist. I am desperate to lose weight. If I start gym this month...say on July 15...within how much time I can reach my goal of losing 15 kilos and waist line of 6inches?Even if I am able to do that, how can I maintain that?Which is the quickest way to lose weight? Please reply

personally, i think its very unhealthy to try to lose 15 kilos (33 lbs) in one month, but if u stick to a diet and exercise plan, it may be possible. the whole key to losing weight is to expend more energy than energy consumed...plain and simple.this is just my opinion and not health advise. always consult your physician for any medical advice.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

I m sorry to bust your bubble - but you re better off not doing that. To do so, you will have to go to desperate measures and it will be extremely unhealthy to do. You will also put the weight back on even faster and put even more weight on. You are better to go to a dietician and see a personal trainer!Do it the right way - and keep it off!

Don t eat as much - eat decent food in smaller quantities, eat slower, stop eating when you re full. Ensure when you exercise that you build up a sweat and you should be fine.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry outa plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionallybalanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity. I found useful informations at

Well, through a proper diet and working out, you will definitely lose weight, but it might not happen as fast as you d like. The key is to lose weight in a healthy manner. The general rule of thumb is five pounds the first week and one pound a week afterward. One pound a week might not sound like a lot, but that s 50+ pounds a year. Good luck.

tell u what, the maximal healthy weight u can lose is 1 kg aweek.otherwise very harmful side effects, though not in a short time, surely will pop up later witch not worth at all.the best way is diet.go to a diet specialist and let them know u need a healthy way without drugs or stuff.be carefull, health is ur losable treasure .
