I am trying to lose weight is there anyone out there that knows how to lose weight pretty good? -

I ve lose like 5 pounds this week cause im not eating in the morning or lunch but i do eat dinner is there another solution besides not eating in the morning and lunch but i ve been eating dinner??what can i do to lose weight?

Actually the best way to lose weight is by eating a good breakfast meal and small meals throughout the day. Also i recommend exercise!! Most people are too lazy to do this and just want to diet but trust me you can eat your favorite foods and lose weight just by exercise, so i think you should exercise and eat a little more. Also drink lots of water and dont eat after 6 or 7. SO EXERCISE!!
