Everyone is talking about how to lose weight,but then what do you do to gain weight not just eating more fats? -

everyone is got into how to lose weight, but there is nothing in the world how gain weight if ur are underweight. i mean commercials tell you to help fight child obesity but how about 4 da ones who just underweight? i need to know how to gain weight without eating so many greasy foods , candy, mc donalds, cheeseburgers. wonder if there is anything that is healthy and will help you.

Alright Bro, this is what your going to do. Go to your local GNC store im sure where your at they have one, there everywhere. Go in and get weight gainer 2220 Gold, you can also get some pills and anything else, but just focus on the 2220 Gold for now. It will tell you how much to take with your weight on the back. If you want to gain weight and get bigger u have to work out with it, if you dont you will just get fat. Muscle weighs more than fat bro, so just liftweights bout 3 times a week or more and you will see results. I know i did im 6 2 205 no fat. Let me know if it works out for ya.

carbs!!!!! pasta, noodles, white cream sauce like on fetticini is supposedly sooo fatening. and who says it cant be grilled and fatten you up.....load on the bbq sauce..hey i can make a salad that adds more fat, carbs n calories than an entire pizza...its possible. now if you want healthy and fattening up, well honey you need alot more protien in your diet. i always told my son eat big to grow big and he has, 6 6 and 285....i am so lucky. he eats lots of grilled and baked foods, potatos, sun chips, pizza, pork chops and homemade chicken pot pies. and he is big and healthy.

just eat MORE healthy food. every couple hours eat something. particularly grains. keep snacks around. if you dont gain weight do not worry... seriously. almost every long lived person has been naturally underweight. you guys are actually the healthiest.

Proteins and Carbs my friend. Fats are very important as well, just avoid bad fats .

being thin or slim or underweight doesn t mean you are healthy. thin people might be not healthy - hi cholesterol level etc..if you are underweight, don t ever think that taking those unhealthy food will gain your weight. u need to find the way to decrease your metabolism rate. because it is the key for gaining or losing weight. try weight gain from appeton.
