HOW TO LOSE 4-5 STONE.........?!? -

im 16, 6 foot tall and overweight, i need to lose about 4 stone to get to a healthy weight and i have about 7 months to do thisatm i cycle for about 20 mins a day and do about 50 sit ups and 50 squats a day and i sometimes do yoga, should i increase my workout time or add diff typesim also thinking about starting a low gi diet because its the healthiest option for me atmso:is this a healthy amount of weight to lose in this amount of time?and are there any really effective workouts that would help?if anyone has any other effective weight loss tips that would be greatthanks guys!!

haha i m always trying to lose weight but yet things didn t work out the way i wanted .(i was very skinny last time but i gained like 10 kg..SIGH) i think the most effective way to lose the weight as fast as possible is to go to some slimming centres. if you have a budget,why not try some liver detox diet? trust me, it will definitely work (i just didn t have time to do it)i wouldn t really recommend work outs as part of the plan for trying to lose weight. some people can exercise a lot but they ended up NOT losing weight, isn t that all in vain? furthermore if you exercise,those parts of your body where you exerted a lot of force on will become muscles, by then it d be more difficult to lose the weight! (no doubt you ll become more toned and firm but what s the point?)
