How to lose weight and get abs? -

I m a girl and I have some fat on the belly area. I want to lose that fat and work on getting abs. What is a good, free, exercise/dieting system that really works. No pills, or anything. Please

Okay,To lose weight from your abdominal area, you will need to lose weight overall. Make it your mission to drop 3-10lbs depending on how much weight you have to for your body shape. To do this:Exercise more - find something you love to do. For your stomach, great exercises are walking, Pilates, yoga, running and anything that involves bending / reaching or carrying. Water sports like wake boarding are EXCELLENT for getting a flat, ripped stomach fast.Another great exercise is kettle-bells. Because they involve your whole body your stomach gets a great workout.Eat- more!Yeah, you probably need to eat more so that you can increase your metabolism. Your body is probably craving extra calories and nutrients. FlexDo this simple trick every day while watching TV or driving.Flex your stomach, make it as hard as you can. To test you can press on your stomach and feel it get hard while you flex the muscles. Hold for 10-20 seconds and then release. Do this about 10 times and you will notice the difference quickly. Be conscious of holding your stomach in when you walk around. This actually works better than sit ups and is so much easier.

CARDIO! do that first so u lose all the fat...jogging is perfect, and doing it for 30 min is fine, at least three times a week...eat healthy, dont trust light products...homemade food such as salads, soups, etc...u know what i mean with healthy...and after u see u have lost some fat start doing situps, start with 3 sequences of 30 situps a day...add ten more every week........if u do situps now you ll harden the fat and you ll have a hard belly, and thats not cool, and getting rid of that is not easy...so lose the fat first....do this for two months and youll see the results...its guaranteed!, and you ll feel so good you will keep doing it

Abs are the most difficult muscle to train for sure. Not because there isnt alot to do for them but because it takes soo long. Its crazy. I came by this article a while ago that might help you out...http://www.firmflatabs.infoThe guy that posts in that blog had some great results!

just do ab exercises! it s not that hard.. sit ups, crunches, etc.. go to the gym and use machines focusing on abdominal area. you should also try a no take-out diet and cut back on junk/fatty foods which contribute to belly fat
