How to lose weight fast as a ten year old? -

I am a ten year old that is 100 pounds I HATE ITi jog every day 10 mintues a dayo and in wisconsin it is the middle of winter right nowi eat healtyidk what to do HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you really want to lose weight quickly you should add more exercise to your day. While it is good to run 10 minutes a day, it isn t going to make a dramatic change in your weight. The best thing you could do is to keep eating healthy and to try to get involved in some sports: such as basketball, soccer, or football.

unfortunately the body won t begin to burn fat reserves until you have excercised past the 20 minute mark. I would recommend walking briskly for 10 minutes then jog for another 10 followed by slow walking until your heart rate normalizes.
