How to lose weight on a short time limit? -

Its only a matter of weeks before Summer s over, and I just need some quick exercises to lose weight anywhere, legs, arms, belly, etc. If anyone could help, it would be appreciated. Thankyou ;)

Rule #1: Avoid ��white�� carbohydratesAvoid any carbohydrate that is �� or can be �� white.
