How to lose weight. wat to get???? -

help? how to lose weight. im 13 years. my friends say that im not fat im skinny/medium and i know i put on some weight like about 4 or 5 pounds. and i really want to know the easiest way and get quickkk results. please. i know machines. please help give me ideas. no slim pills!

Listen your not fat your body is going to change at that age. Let your body just develop. Set healthy eating habits now and make sure you get exercise and you will be ok. I am sure you are changing which is why you might be putting on weight but no need to stress over that. Besides if someone asks what you weigh just lie.
