Can someone please give me advice on how to lose weight ,teen.? -

I m an overweight teen and before i get spammers saying something about stupid aci berry or what please dont i m too young to take pills or starve myself?but how can i change my waysand be healthy and lose this fati m a junk food,fizzy eater and i hardly get any exercise i love dancing,and playing on my trampoline but i hardly do it.

hello i enjoyed your answer to my question so now im answering one of yours :]really its about portion control. Big breakfast, snack, Medium lunch, snack, Small dinner, snack. snacks should be eaten two hours later. Trust me on that one too. always eat breakfast. As long as you keep drinking soda you will have that fat around your stomach.. soda retains fat. exercise atleast 30min each day really you can just walk around or jog. If you want chips go for baked.. if you want fried chicken go for grilled instead. Green Tea is great because it is natural good for you helps you lose weight. To tone up do pushups cardio. Drink as much water as you can each day eat vegetables fruit ofcourse. Don t eat after 7pm. if you get cravings go for something healthy. Making your own pizza btw is tons more healthy than getting one at Pizza Hut or something. As often as possible eat home cooked meals than takeout unless its like Subway or something :) which is my fav. try to have a little variety on your workouts try to keep motivated.. like take a pic or get a pic you really do not like and tape it in your room. If u have an ipod thats great, music can pump you up. or having a friend along for walks and jogs is great too. oh i suggest water from your filter not bottled water. but have water with you when your exercising cause you shouldn t be dehydrated. diet exercise together ok hun. keep doing this. it is time to change your habits. if you have any questions you can email me. good luck :]]

It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Well I say the best thing for you to start with is eating healthy.be on a diet.eat a lot of veggies and fruits and check on carbs.that s the main thing.also,try getting as much protein in you as you can Drink an energy shake.it gets you to be as healthy as a horse.drink those every morning but they are kind of nasty.but that s ok.Cut down on all sugars.take a walk fast pace and walk around on trails and even inyour neighborhood.for good exercise,go on ondemand on the tv and look for some fitness training.it s great.

You could just try to make a few healthier choices - like you don t have to cut out junk food altogether because then you will just crave it. So start slowly, just by choosing a piece of fruit instead of a candy bar. You could also try switching to diet fizzy drinks, because full sugar ones have about 11 teaspoons of sugar in them. So even though they dont feel much, they arent so good! I was overweight throughout my teens and I found it so difficult to eat healthy and exercise, but its all about choices. If you love dancing, just go for it, dance your heart out and you ll soon start to see and feel a difference. The most important thing is to lose weight slowly, don t try and lose too much too quickly because its really unhealthy.Good luck with it :-)

Eat smaller meals.Get a distraction...if you go to school, eat breakfast, pack your own lunch (healthy foods) and have a snack later, then 2hours later dinner.Exercise one hour each day.For lunch, you can haveTurkey sandwich - 200 caloriesGranola bar- 100 caloriesapple- 30/40 caloriesWater/or water with crystal light- 0 to 5 calories.thats 335 calories only for lunch.and if you have a 400 calorie breakfast dinner, and a light dinner (300 to 500 calories)you ll consume around 1000 to 1300 calories each day. seems like no food, but actually it will keep you full.remember, just eat healthy foods. would you rather eat one slice of pizza thats 300 calories or a huge 300 calorie salad that will fill you up?as long as you eat healthy it shouldnt matter how much you eat of it as long as youre eating moderately

It didn t take a miracle or miracle cure to put the weight on and it won t take one to get it off. First, change the amount you eat. Cut your normal portions in half and ditch the soda for a glass or two of water. Second, try this you won t be hungry and you ll be a lot healthier. 1. When your feet hit the floor in the morning drink at least 8oz. of water.2. When you get to the kitchen eat a cup of yogurt, a slice of whole wheat toast, another cup of water and your choice of fruit.3. in about a half hour do it again and add two carrot sticks4. Around noon drink two glasses of water, eat a sandwich (no mayo and no white bread) and a apple or some raw veggies.5. Half an hour after drink another glass of water. (yes i know your full drink the water anyway)6. Around 6 pm but before 8pm drink a glass of water and eat dinner. (no fried foods, white starch, sugar, PERIOD)

What I would try to do is avoid fizzy drinks and fatty food, don t eat for pleasure all the time... eat when you need to. Try and do lots of exercise, and lots of it. Try and run every night and try and increase how fast you run and how far gradually. I tried doing this and I became kind of addicted lol...now its 2 miles every night :D

eat little and often, drink lots of water - fizzy drinks are loaded with sugar sweetners which are really bad for you. find a hobby, something you really enjoy, maybe like taking neighbours dogs for walks? this way you get exercise and you get payed! hope this helps :)
