How to lose weight at 13? -

Hey guys, im 13 and im trying to lose weight because im 210lbs and 6foot tall... I try to exercise alot(I bike to school and I do 20mins of exercise each night. I drink alot of water(its mostly what I drink now) but I want to lose about 20lbs or more... what do you recommend?(sorry for the spelling errors, im french-canadian)

You might have a lot of muscle too!

Perhaps you could talk to your doctor. You are very young still and it is important that your doctor gives his opinion or even gives you a personal diet and exercise program. It is the safest thing.
