How to lose weight. Workouts? -

I want to lose 30lbs. What workouts should I do to get a six pack and pex. How long is it for results.

it really doesn t matter what workouts you do to lose weight. the key is to burn more calories then you consume... THAT S IT. Nothing more, Nothing less. If you want to keep your muscle when you lose weight just lift small weights many times. Be sure to walk or jog a couple times per week. As far as the hungerEat slow and consciously (About 1/3 of your regular speed)Shut off the TV! You cannot fully enjoy food if you are distracted. Ever watch TV while eating, look down, and all the food is gone? You never got a chance to enjoy it so you get some more!When you are full STOP EATING!When you are hungry eat your favorite food but be sure to follow the steps above.I loose about 2lbs per week eating anything I want. HiI know of a good exercise and weight loss regime called turbulence training. You can find out more at this website http://www.superweightlossreviews.com/. At turbulence training they have a lot of good videos too that will show you how to do the exercises at home so you do not need to go to a gym.Hope this helps
