How to lose weight? -

I don t like many veggies.. what are things i can make that are healthy for me?

eat a balanced diet dont forget this because if you skip meals you will definetely not lose weight. If you starve yourself you wil only lose water Remember the most important thing is not to lose weight , its to be healthy. Try eating small meals, more than three a day is fine but make sure they are small and balanced. Try substituting, instead of so much meat try other sources of protein like lentils, more white meat instead of red and water instead of anything else (soda and sugary drinks are just empty calories). try shopping at whole foods stores you will realize that by having more healthy options around it will be much easier for you to make the right choices. cook with unsaturated fats such as olive, soy, and canola oil as opposed to butter. Dont forget the work out either just make small changes like taking the stairs and if you have the time a short jog or walk. it helps if you have a partner :) Don t forget to eat healthy balanced meals above all and make sure you are getting the right nutrients, check the ingredients and if possible buy organic. The best way to loose weight is to eat smaller portions of food. And eat healthy helps a bit. Try to stay away from fried foods, because they wont do you any good, also try jogging. Run for about 5 minutes for one week and increase that about 5 minutes each week. I hope this helps. Good Luck!
